MEET LISA

I'm Lisa Pizzi, and I became a Certified Parent Coach to bring to all parents what I have been able to give my own children. My journey in working with children first-hand began as a nanny for a wonderful family for five years. I experienced first hand how to collaborate in raising 2 amazing girls. I spent the next 4 years teaching preschool, first in a public school  program and then at Spruce Street Nursery School in Boston, which follows a Reggio Emilia play-based program. I love my students and am still in touch with many of these students/parents today. 

I identify most strongly as a reader. I believe in the power of and growth from daily self education. It is no surprise that I was drawn to books and other resources about parenting models. By the time I had my twins in 2012, I knew exactly how I wanted to raise them. I knew it was going to be very different from the ways in which my husband or I were raised. 

I hope to offer these resources to you. My journey as a RIE and Montessori based parent has allowed my children to blossom into kind, empathetic and excited learners. Respectful Parenting which will bring joy to your home. Creating and embracing equitable relationships in your family structure lets every family member become regulated and feel supported; a holistic approach to lifestyle and parenting. 

No parent starts their journey with all the answers yet want everything perfect for their child. As parents we must learn, plan, and aim to be the best that we can be, avoiding the habits and patterns that thwart our best intentions.
